Located in Northern Orlando, Winter Park was established by artists and many old money influential families. 

The community is known for it's European style, brick paved streets and numerous oak tress. 

Winter Park Village is home to blocks of boutiques, cafes, wine tastings, fine dining, theaters, upscale salons and spas. Also famous for its' Saturday farmers' markets, winter park has it's own culture with multiple festivals throughout the year including the Sidewalk Art Festival and even the Exotic Car Show. 

The area is also home to the prestigious, private Rollins College which was repoarted one of America's Best Colleges by U.S. News and World Report.
